OK. I have got it figured out. One suggestion was to move the Sun assembler (/usr/ccs/bin/as) and make the GNU assembler called first in the PATH. However, I searched for a second copy of the as binary and didnt find one. I also searched for 'gas', for GNU assembler, and that did not work either. What I did do to get this to work was go back to GNUgcc 2.95, and things worked fine. I guess with GNUgcc 3.01 you need an updated assembler, cause it calls sub-routines that aren't in 2.95. This is how I fixed the problem. If anyone knows how to get the updated GNU assembler, I would appreciate it. Thanks for all of your help! ------------------------------------------------------------------- Giovanni Navarrette USLink Internet Systems Administrator Hours :: 8.00AM - 4.30PM :: Mon - Fri Email :: gio@uslink.net Phone :: (800)-450-4000 Ext.2003 _______________________________________________ sunmanagers mailing list sunmanagers@sunmanagers.org http://www.sunmanagers.org/mailman/listinfo/sunmanagersReceived on Fri Oct 5 14:42:30 2001
