We were able to fix the problem we were having with su'ing to root, although we aren't certain why it happened. To recap, we have a sun 4500 running solaris 2.8 and we just installed realsecure 6.0. soon after we discovered that if we tried to su - root we got a segmentation fault and sudo su - root gave us a segmentation fault and core dump. We removed realsecure, no help. We then removed BSM, which has to be running in order for realsecure to run, and that solved the problem. _______________________________________________ sunmanagers mailing list sunmanagers@sunmanagers.org http://www.sunmanagers.org/mailman/listinfo/sunmanagersReceived on Mon Nov 5 09:26:09 2001
