Summary:
  Yes it's possible to increase the tcp IP Timeout

Thanks to:

Command:
ndd -get /dev/tcp \? shows all posible tunable TCP values.

Variable:
The variable that we are interested in is: tcp_time_wait_interval.
The default value is: 240000 ms, or 4 min.

Example:
ndd -set /dev/tcp tcp_time_wait_interval 480000
