 Thanks a lot for the responses.

 The problem was that my server was set 100mbps, full duplex, but my switch
was not set tp the same. We set it to same, & ITS SOLVED.

hi,

 I am having 2 E420s clustered in VCS. Now these 2 systems have hme & qfe
cards. The problem is that i am getting SUNW, qfe3: late collsion message
regularly. This seems to affect the performance of my system's network. I am
using only qfe0 & qfe3. Can anybody give me pointers as to why this message
is coming.
