Thanks to: plamadeleine@lightbridge.com Recommended: sounds like ntp can't reach the ntp servers - check out /etc/inet/ntp.conf and see which servers it is trying to use. then ping those systems to make sure you can get to them. Thanks to: jbecker@picturevision.com Recommended : Check to make sure that you don't have an xntpd process running already. If you do, kill it, and then run ntpdate. Solution ================ added server servrname v1 to /etc/inet/ntp.conf also killed all processes for ntp. Issued command /usr/lib/inet/xntpd No more messages!!!!!
