Summary:[SUN]Change the BANNER of in.telnetd and in.ftpd

Hi,

1.  The banner  printed  by  in.telnetd  is 
configurable.   
The default  is equivalent to "`uname -sr`" and will
be used 
if no banner is set  in   /etc/default/telnetd.

#uname -sr
SunOS 5.8

To set the banner, add a line of the form

BANNER="..."

to  /etc/default/telnetd.

2.  The banner of in.ftpd is also configurable. To set
the banner,
add a line of the form

BANNER="..."

to  /etc/default/ftpd.
