Hi, Consultation with SUN tech support suggests replacing two of the disks in the arrays. Although the errors appear to be distributed across a number of drives it seems there are two particular units triggering the faults. I guess these units are just not performing to spec and dragging the whole rig down. Recently I'm seeing errors as shown below. They seem to crop up during backup. Storage is attached via dual port FWDiff controllers. If I try format/repair on the blocks listed bad then format returns "block does not appear bad. repair anyway?" I've got similar errors on about half a dozen different disks. Any suggestions as to cause/cure?
