I tested this and it worked. nothing better than RTFM. 

Pethayapera, Balasubramanian mentioned that she encounterd the same problem,
ignored it, and the new Forte install worked fine.

I removed forte ( C personal edition) using the admintool removing all the
sunwspro packages.

when I try to re-install forte I get the error "insufficient disk space"
even though there is clearly enough space. I have checked permissions etc..
all w/ no luck. funny thing is that if I install it on a different partition
(i.e c0t0d0s3 - /export ) it installs w/ out a problem.

has anyone else had this problem ? it seems like a bug, since if you ignore
the error everything installs anyway. only thing is that if there is ever a
problem w/ compiling I would like to know that the error wasn't w/ the
install.
