I got several different opinions, some saying to make sure that it was hard coded to 100 MB full duplex, which you can't do on an le device, since it is strictly a 10 MB interface, and others saying to make sure that you set it so 10 MB Full Duplex, which I could not figure how to do through ndd, but I have taken to the fact that I am about 70 percent utilized on this interface and just need to upgrade to a machine that has a 100 MB interface, which fortunately was already in the works. Thanks for all the efforts.
