[SUMMARY] automount and NIS problems

The fix was thanks to David Moscipan.  He suggested I remove the
+auto_master line from the NIS map.  After an automount -v on all the
clients they're all working.

Other suggestions were to make sure the clients /etc/nsswitch.conf was
setup correctly.
