Oracle's 'intelligent' agent dbsnmp, aprox. every month or so, provokes a graceful reboot of an E450
Sol. 2.6. (and not on others Sun 3000, 250, 10k running same Oracle and Solaris version-patches). I
will report to Oracle, but, what is the mechanism which allows a user process to reboot my Sun?, why
is it not simply dying without affecting the OS and rest of processes? Any way to avoid this? Thanks

The 450 is a four 296 MHz processors, 512 MB RAM, 512 MB swap, (really short of memory in peak
hours: ~200MB swap free).
