SUMMARY: Installing Creator3dGraphics Card

Thanks to Michael J. Connolly, Peter Stokes, and Mark
McManus.  Michael suggested that I probably didn't
install everything that I needed and indeed, that was
the case.  I needed to install multiple packages and
only installed the one.  The correct list of packages
to install is:

system      SUNWffb        Creator Graphics (FFB)
System Software (Device Driver)
application SUNWffbcf      Creator Graphics (FFB)
Configuration Software
application SUNWffbw       Creator Graphics (FFB)
Window System Support
application SUNWffbxg      Creator Graphics (FFB) XGL
Support

FYI: 
20 minutes before writing my message to this group, I
opened a case with Sun's OSC.  I had my first response
from the group in less than 5 minutes.  I am still
waiting for Sun to tell me to send them the output
from Explorer.  I will close the case on OSC and let
them know that the solution came from this group.
