I'll get my "summary" right this time. ===================SOLUTION/SUMMARY========= Thanks to: Edward Scown Deborah Santomauro Steve Hammond Bob Smart Tim Evans The general consensus was do a boot -r or sys-unconfig. However, that was not the case this time. It turned out I had a lazy LYING network guy who swore that he tested the cable after he ran it. When I used my laptop, I plugged directly into the port using my own enet cable and didn't even think to challenge the network guy's integrity. Needless to say...after chasing my tail for an insane amount of time, I went back to the basics and started testing everything for myself. Problem solved after replacing both rj45 ends of the network cable. Thanks to all who responded and all who may yet respond.
