Here were some of the suggestions/explanations I received about the Fcode problem below: 1) SCSI termination problem 2) Bad CPU 3) set-defaults at ok prompt to reset nvram 4) Dead battery or boot chip failed None of this turned out to be the case or fix the problem. For the heck of it, I tried replacing the bootblock and that fixed the problem! To do this, I booted from a working disk, mounted the non-bootable disk to /mnt and then typed the following: installboot /mnt/usr/platform/`uname -i`/lib/fs/ufs/bootblk /mnt/dev/rdsk/c0t1d0s0 --Shawn ----- Original Message ----- From: "opeth" <opeth4@earthlink.net> To: <sunmanagers@sunmanagers.org> Sent: Tuesday, February 05, 2002 11:31 AM Subject: Fcode sequence error > Hi, > > I was wondering if someone could help me with a problem I'm having.
