SUMMARY: netmask problem

Well, *that* sure was quick -- the problem, as pointed out by all
2387 members of this list, even the ones who are asleep at the moment
;-), was that I was confusing the term "network-number" with "IP
number." I replaced the last dotted quad with a zero (64.65.85.0),
and everything is working correctly now.

Many thanks to Davorin Bengez, Lieven Marchand (?), Peter Stokes,
Mark McManus, Eric van de Meerakker, Nicolas Dorfsman, and Jay Leno
for pointing this out.

- Vince

P.S. -- Just kidding about Jay Leno. I think he's a Linux user.
