SUMMARY: Starting a workstation without a monitor/keyboard

Hi ALL.

Thanks the following folks for their quick responses.

The solution is too simple:

"Just boot up without them plugged in.  The system will boot up without
them, and you can login with telnet, rlogin, ssh, whatever" (quoted from Dan's)

It worked great.
