Hi All,
thanks to all responded..

Here is the reply from C Richards which helped to solve the
problem.

You need to open relay for the IP addresses that are using
outlook. I had to
do the same thing on our mail servers. If you have fixed IPs that
users come
from (like office) the process are easy( just add their IPs in
/etc/mail/access and HUP sendmail) If your users are dialing from
home then
you need to implement some kind of rules for relay(which is not
straightforward!! :-( )

All others asked me to check the relay-domains settings in
/etc/mail/
Timon, Scott, Robert and Mc Alister.

We were trying to pop the mail from browsing centre (roaming IP)
we have fed the ip in /etc/mail/access file and restarted the
sendmail daemon, solved the issue.

We don't have our own DNS configured MX records pointing ISP's
DNS. In this case is it possible to give access to all domain
without any security threat?

Thanks & Regards
Gnanu
