Thanks to: Andrew J Caines [Andrew.J.Caines@wcom.com] Here is his answer: I had to do some reading but -that's the way to learn it !!! root of the problem was I did not have the passwd file created under /usr/local/cvs/CVSROOT and because some documentation I was reading did not mention anything about this "passwd" file I did not know anything about it until I started reading below.
