Thanks to the many responses. The top response was Sophos, www.sophos.com. Trendmicro and McAfee were also recommended by several, www.trendmicro.com, www.mcafee.com. There were several suggestions to create a samba share and mount that to an NT system to scan. I don't do windows so that one is out. My original post: We will be hosting some customer data on a Sun Solaris server and one of the requirements is that we scan the software for viruses.
