Thanks to all for the feedback! I appreciate the open sharing of knowledge this list provides! Several people responded with the ndd commands and RC scripts to use the commands in. I have already been using this method and preferred a conf file in the /kernel/drv directory to a startup script. Below is valid /kernel/drv/ce.conf syntax provided by Mike Ekholm.
