Hi all, Thanks to : "Timothy Lorenc" <tim@load.com> David Foster <foster@dim.ucsd.edu> Trent Petrasek <tpetrasek@internap.com> The problem was caused by an incompatibilty between ssh and openssl. It was recommended to recompile (install newer versions) of all depending packages which I have no time for right now. I decided to reinstall openssl-0.9.6c-sol8-sparc-local.gz instead. This fixed the problem for me and even apache 3.27 works fine with this version.
