Hi everyone, In case you're still using my modified scsiinfo (my changes hadn't been merged, last time I checked), there's a new version available (not much has changed but it may make it easier for some using, esp if SFK 4.x is installed): http://step.polymtl.ca/~coyote/scsiinfo-4.7.0.11.tar.gz http://step.polymtl.ca/~coyote/scsiinfo-4.7.0.11.tar.gz (md5) MD5 Replicated here: f6468267c8995170a1bfac41b4b7e8b8 scsiinfo-4.7.0.11.tar.gz There are still two major outstanding issues: 1) If you install patch 111095 (San Foundation Kit, verified with 4.3 -and 4.4 which was released a few days ago), /usr/include/sys/fibre-channel/impl/fctl.h will be changed so the fc_port_t structure now references an fc_rnid_t structure. Problem is that fc_rnid_t is nowhere to be defined (Just opened service req 37097738 on this subject). I have included an ugly workaround at the top of qlc.c (fake an fc_rnid_t) so that it compiles and works. That is mostly harmless ( I guess ) since the fields I'm using in fc_port_t are located prior to the use of fc_rnid_t in the memory representation of fc_port_t. 2) Although SUN has aknowledged that the C headers are missing for the 'qus' driver, they are nowhere to be found at this time. I was told of internal bug reports that made mention of 'missing qus C headers' but qusvar.h, qusreg.h and qusmail.h still haven't shown up in either a SUNWhea patch or a SUNWqus patch. As a result of this, I cannot yet remove the fake qus header files from the distribution until I can point people to a patch with the real headers.. The consequence is that scsiinfo will think that 'qus' is supported on platforms lower than Solaris 8 and will not compile. Sorry about the inconvenience.. :( Thanks for reading.... ,-*~'`^`'~*-,._.,-*~'`^`'~*-,._.,-*~'`^`'~*-,._.,-*~'`^`'~*-,._.,-*~'`^`'~*-, Vincent S. Cojot, Computer Engineering.
