Summary: CDE logout problem

Haven't really been looking into this until now. I've installed a CDE
Tooltalk patch 112808-06 which seemed to resolve the problem. Sunsolve also
had some generic symptoms and resolutions resources for the CDE logout
issue, hope this helps others.
