SUMMARY Flash Archive Problem

It looks like when I built the OS originally on the v210 the install
did not add the QLC packages which are requied for FCAL based systems
(280r and v880 are FCAL based).  This was because the V210 has SCSI
disks.

A couple of the other sugestions were that I installed the full + OEM
option on the v210 (which would have installed the QLC packages),
another suggestion was that there may be a problem with the metadevice
in /etc/system and a final suggestion that the controller disk C*T*D*
layout had changed from one platform to another.
