Hello, I had a problem with a V240 last week - I was unable to tip into it. I was eventually able to get an SC prompt, but then I was unable to get a response to the "console" command, which should've brought up an eeprom monitor. It turns out my V240 had hardware problems. I got Sun to bring out an engineer who subsequently fixed the system by reseating some components. A second V240 had a bad fan module install and was fixed as well. Thanks to everyone who replied. I had varying responses from "use #." and "use a windows terminal app".
