Hi All, Thanks to everybody who replied to my query on adding a USB2.0 port to an Ultra 5. The consensus was that as long as I use an NEC-chip based USB 2.0 PCI card, the card should work fine, based on user experience of those who replied. The main thing to watch is that Solaris 9 or higher is required. Also, certain builds of Solaris 10 (e.g. build 63 - boot errors and build 69 - dead in the water) give problems. Solaris 8 will give USB access but only at 1.x speeds.
