[SUMMARY] Can't do 'installboot' on Sparc10 (SunOS 4.1.x) after restoring partitions

Tried to post summary yesterday, it got flagged probably because I had
left the "Re:" in the subject line.

'installboot' and 'mount' are indeed available when you boot from
SunOS 4.1.2 CD, but only if you install the mini-root (makes sense).
My problem was that I forgot to define swap as partition 1 ('b'),
which SunOS expects, the mini-root expects to install there.

Once I repartitioned I was good to go.

Thanks for all the answers and patience...yesterday was one of
those "low-wattage" days.
