Thanks to all who took time to send me a message. I used the command vxresize. It didn't work the first time - so after the vxresize command was finish I umountet the file system and ran fsck. After fsck I mountet the filesystem again and the filesystem had growed to the new size. I tried the vxresize command on another filesystem and there was no problems. Thanks again to everybody!
