SUMMARY - Semaphore Changes

Hi All,

Thanks to Casper who explains that semaphore changes can only be made
in S10 where all variables are resource controls instead.  The
variables are read once at the time the modules are loaded; some
variables can possibly be changed with mdb but others are used to size
datastructures at boot.

Reboot it must be.

Incidentally, Jim Mauro's "Setting our sights on semaphores" (1997)
article states that semmap should be set to the product of semni and
semmsl.  Is this correct?  If so. my proposed changes:

SEMMNI=100
SEMMNU=100
SEMMAP=100
SEMMSL=25
SEMOPM=25

Should SEMMNI be set to 2500?
