I received two replies, thanks! Steven C. Liu Michael Sullivan Steve suggests to patchrm -R /a to remove the offending patches after booting from CDROM. I tried it, it didn't work. Michael suggests to also remove /kernel/drv/md.conf and /etc/lvm etc. if I'm removing SVM, it didn't help on the system boot, but it's a good reminder to clean up SVM. I ended up removing /kernel/drv/sparcv9/rdriver, then it started to boot. I at least got my system back. I still need to figure out which patch added this rdriver and do a clean up. Thanks!
