Thanks to all who responded. The majority of them suggested either using "echo | format" and find out the vendor information for each disk, or "iostat -En" and look for the vendor information. I was using "pkginfo | egrep "EMC|HP" to find that information and was not sure whether there is any other clean way to find it.
