Below is the responce that worked for me.


"pkgrm has flags where you can define a different root directory for the
operation.  Use this flag with pkgrm in the root (global) zone to specify the
root directory of the zone while it is running, and pkgrm will remove the
package from that zone only.

For example:
pkgrm -R /zones/test-server/root/ SUNWgcc"
