Over 20 replies, thanks everyone! The general consensus, from all but one person, was that Kingston (and maybe Crucial) RAM was the way to go. It works. Get a sales rep from Kingston or some hardware reseller, and they will get you some good deals, and match the RAM as close as possible to the Sun part numbers. Slight variances in speed/etc aren't a problem, except maybe if you run SunVTS on the machine.
