Summary: Restored System Disk could not boot

And Julian, John hit the head of the nail. Since Sun 280R uses fibre drive with world wide nos, the disk record needs to be removed before the new drive could be recongnised.

Procedures for re-building the device tree:

boot network or cdrom
mount new disk on /a
rm /a/dev/cfg/* /a/dev/rdsk/* /a/dev/dsk/*
devfsadm -C -v -r /a -p /a/etc/path_to_inst -t /a/etc/devlink.tab
touch /a/reconfigure
reboot -- -r
