Thanks for all the replies. Everyone said to run installboot /usr/platform/`uname -i`/lib/fs/ufs/bootblk /dev/rdsk/c0t1d0s0 Which I did. But I also had to apply about 80 patches per SUN support and undo the mirrors and rebuild everything. I can now boot from the mirror disk.
