A long delayed thanks to: Sean Franklin Who suggested rebooting the T5240's service processor. Once rebooted 'prtdiag' initially reported everything as "Unknown" but in a matter of minutes, everything reported 'Ok', including the power supply input power. Note: Some reported that the T5240 may require 240VAC power, but this is limited to "full" drive configuration. Apparently, using 240VAC is the only method available to keep current demand through the power supplies within specifications, when all 16 drive bays are filled. Since my system had only 2 drives, this was not an issue.
