SUMMARY: ELOM operator can't start console?

One person answered to me from the list, and asked my machine model... but
after that I wrote to him, no aswer :)
So no useful info came... today I hacked myself in finally with the local console.
And I tested it, yes, with the "operator" role you can't start console from
the ELOM, and this is NOT documented in SUN's papers.. and there is the Launch
button on the SP's web.. no comment.

Hope this mail will help someone in a future situation :)
