Problem: Intermittent problem with memory simm in 4/60. The messages in
/var/adm/messages are:

Oct 31 15:55:36 rayleigh vmunix: Parity error reported at 0x2dfe0, actual address is 0x2dfec.
Oct 31 15:55:36 rayleigh vmunix: Parity Error, ctx = 0x4, virt addr = 0x2dfec
Oct 31 15:55:36 rayleigh vmunix: pme = 82003a26, phys addr = 3a26fec
Oct 31 15:55:36 rayleigh vmunix: Parity Error Register 92<ERROR,CHECK,ERR16>
Oct 31 15:55:36 rayleigh vmunix: bad module/chip at U587
Oct 31 15:55:36 rayleigh vmunix: parity error at 3a26fec is transient.
Oct 31 15:55:36 rayleigh vmunix: page 3a26000 back in service.
Oct 31 15:55:36 rayleigh vmunix: System operation can continue

The question was: which simm is bad?

Summary:

Look on the CPU board. Each simm slot has a stenciled number corresponding
to the Uxxx number listed in the messages file.

I should have opened the box first... Thanks for the responses.
