SUMMARY: SunOS 4.1.1 CD-ROM bad??

All the people who responded (Thanks everyone!) said that they had
no problems with the 4.1.1 CD-ROM (either rev. A or rev. B).

Guessing a hardware problem I had Sun replace our CD drive and now
everything works just fine.
