In addition to the comments from Dave Hamby:

1. The patch to Copilot for 4.1.3 is no. 100551-03.

2. The installation script for Copilot will replace /usr/etc/rpc.lockd
with its own version. You should move the 4.1.3 version back in place
afterwards as it is newer.
