Original question:
Can a single boot server provide service to two separate subnets?
Summary:
Yes, this can be done and several who responded are already doing
it successfully. Most suggest that you be very cautious in
configuring the interfaces, setting up automounter, and
editing fstab and /etc/bootparams files. Hal Stern's advice is
to be sure you run rarpd on each interface over which you will
be booting clients.
