In general, to subscribe to or unsubscribe from a mailing list named list@host,
send your request to list-request@host.

In the case of the sun-managers list, you would send your request to
sun-managers-request@eecs.nwu.edu.
And be sure to allow a few days for the list maintainer to service your
request. After all, he or she has other things to do, too.
