SOLUTION:
---------
I had to put the fully qualified hostname in /etc/dfs/dfstab in order to get
it working. This situation was caused by /etc/hosts and NIS hosts tables
having fully qualified names, for security reason (Acording to HSC security
cosultant from France).
Now it works fine.
/etc/fds/dsftab:
share -F nfs -o rw=socrates.BComeau.Hydro.Qc.CA -d "Yves's own Home" /home/DocKnow
share -F nfs -o rw=socrates.BComeau.Hydro.Qc.CA -d "Public sources" /home/sources

I had this problem...You don't by any chance have two ethernet cards in the 670,
do you ? I had in my 690 and it turned out that this was the problem. You can
cure it by changing the MAC address of one of the cards (by default they both
have the same MAC address) using the 'ifconfig' command. Be sure to chose a
unique address though (ideally that of a dead computer/card somewhere else in
your organisation.
Ain't Solaris 2.x a heap of !*$%, though !!!

Did you export it using share? Try putting a line for it into
/etc/dfs/sharetab, then issue the shareall command. Hope it's that simple.
