And the winner is (from Eckhard Rueggeberg <eckhard@ts.go.dlr.de>):
Change:
Mether, P=[TCP], F=msDFMuCX, S=11, R=21, A=TCP $h
To:
Mether, P=[TCP], F=msDFMuCX, S=21, R=21, A=TCP $h
on the subsidiary machines. This causes the local hostname not to be added
onto the address. This is not needed for local delivery, and not wanted for
external delivery.
