SUMMARY: NIS+ mail aliases expansion

In response to my question (alias expansion does not work
under NIS+) several people pointed to the case sensitivity
of mail_aliases.org_dir. Instead of recreating this NIS+
table, I choosed to change aliases to lowercase.

Since sendmail maps incomming addresses to lowercase
before making its lookup in mail_aliases.org_dir, it
works OK this way.
