I summary their answers to two classes:
1. write a special shell scripts based on following rules:
----------------------------------------------------------
a. Using No rewind device.
On Dump_Host :
/etc/rdump 0bsf 96 126000 /dev/nrst0 Host_1:/home/...
/etc/rdump 0bsf 96 126000 /dev/nrst0 Host_2:/home/...
/etc/rdump 0bsf 96 126000 /dev/nrst0 Host_3:/home/...
or
b. Well, to get to the end of the tape use the command
mt -f /dev/nrst0 eom
Do this after each dump.
2. use PD backup package -- Amanda.
