Hallo.
Many thanks for your help. Yes, in Caspers' Solaris FAQ is the solution for my problem under section 6.6. The URL is ftp://ftp.fwi.uva.nl/pub/solaris .
But i used the save way and have compiled X11R6 without Threading and everything works fine now.

And here's my original question:
