Summary of Question:
I have been directed to make a bootable CDROM for a Netra (to configure
its disks and load a preconfigured Solaris). We could even run with / on
the CDROM, if need be.

We need more control: we want to partition the disks in a certain way,
load certain packages including one of our own, etc.

Victoria emailed the details of the procedure she had used.
Thanks mainly to her, I am now in a position to customise the
boot/install. After I am happy with that, I'll attempt to write a CD
using more of Vicky's information.
