Summary: RAM for Sparc5,10,20 and Ultra are they compatible

here is the answer in short:

Sparc4 and 5 can exchange RAM but not with any sparc10/20 or utlra.
Sparc10/20 can take Ultra RAM
Ultra can take Sparc10/20 RAM providing that the RAM speed is 60ns.
