The answer to the question came from Detlev Habicht
<habicht@ims.uni-hannover.de>. He answered in German so I'm translating
his answer:
The command can be found under /opt/sparc/SUNWadm/2.2/bin.
The option -p can be used to specify a directory other than /etc.
It should work like this:
admtblloc -c NONE -p /new-directory
